Yoga for dancers
This workshop focuses on movement continuity, weight transfer, shape and body awareness.
It includes a warm up routine for dancers to practice anytime before a dancing party.
Breathing and meditation exercices to help you reducing the stress level before and during competitions. As well as a stretching routine for you to pratice any time after a dancing party. Your body will say thank you !
This workshop focuses on discovering new Yoga flow transition in a new Yoga Studio. It is a great opportunity to practise Yoga and have a nice time together with French-speaking people in Vienna.
It includes a resting and convivial time with all participants after the class to enjoy the "Galette des Rois" and drink some tea.
